Procurement Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly specialized Procurement Manager to lead end‑to‑end procurement execution for large‑scale EPC projects across North America and the Middle East. The role covers the full lifecycle from FEED through project close‑out, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, cost‑optimisation targets and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead value‑engineering activities during FEED, delivering cost‑optimisation analyses that include material price indices, FX exposure, logistics strategy and modularisation.
• Develop and present Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) based sourcing recommendations, integrating Inflation Reduction Act incentives, domestic‑content bonuses and duty‑drawback strategies.
• Execute procurement actions within structured Sourcing Gate governance, maintaining strict audit and approval protocols.
• Maintain complete procurement traceability in SmartPlant Materials (SPM) and ERP systems (SAP/IFS).
• Lead supplier qualification using ESG, HSE and risk‑based onboarding frameworks.
• Shortlist, evaluate and award suppliers based on performance analytics (FAT, NCR, OTD) and risk‑based criteria.
• Manage global supply‑chain activities, including trade compliance, customs coordination, logistics, expediting, warranty management and project close‑out documentation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Project Controls, Quality, Construction) to align deliveries with construction schedules and resolve quality issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in North American EPC environments and Middle‑East mega‑projects.
• Advanced proficiency in internal procurement governance, TCO modelling and SmartPlant Materials.
• Strong knowledge of trade compliance, domestic‑content regulations and long‑lead equipment procurement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex sourcing strategies.
