About the role
We are looking for a caring and reliable individual to provide full‑time child care in a private home in Surrey, BC. The role involves supervising children of various ages, ensuring their safety, and supporting their daily routines in a non‑smoking, scent‑free environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform light housekeeping, cleaning, and maintain a safe, healthy home environment.
- Bathe, dress, feed, and supervise children, following parents’ discipline methods.
- Organize and lead activities, games, outings, and assist with homework.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and manage daily records of activities and health information.
- Transport children to and from school, appointments, and extracurricular activities.
Required profile
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Availability to start on the date specified in the posting.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in child care.
