Practice Lead - Operational Technology Security

About the role

Accenture is seeking a senior leader to define, grow, and lead its Operational Technology (OT) Security Consulting practice in Canada. The role involves market development, strategic client relationships, large‑scale delivery, talent growth, and evolution of OT cybersecurity offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business development activities including origination, qualification, capture and relationship development with VP and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Lead the development of written and oral client proposals and large‑scale solution delivery for OT across multiple industries.
• Attract, retain, and lead multi‑discipline, multi‑region teams while supporting overall security practice growth.

Required profile

• Passionate about security with a proven track record in fast‑paced, team‑oriented environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of communicating with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience analyzing client security posture, anticipating requirements, and delivering right‑sized solutions.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) security and cybersecurity best practices.
• Ability to design, build, and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, and assets.
