About the role
The Policy & Reward Specialist is responsible for the end‑to‑end design, delivery, maintenance and revision of total‑rewards (compensation and benefits) and policy programs for LNG Canada employees. This is a three‑year term position that supports business continuity and strengthens the employee value proposition.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and continuously improve compensation and benefits policies.
- Maintain and update total‑rewards programs to ensure competitiveness and affordability.
- Support critical initiatives that enhance the Employee Value Proposition.
- Collaborate with HR partners to ensure policy alignment with business objectives.
- Provide expertise and guidance on reward‑related matters across the organization.
