Sourcing Partner – Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Join Hays as a Sourcing Partner and take ownership of a full recruitment desk, delivering end‑to‑end talent solutions across a wide range of sectors. You will work closely with hiring managers and account teams to source, engage and place high‑calibre candidates while building a strong, diverse talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a 180‑degree recruitment desk covering specialisms such as HR, Property, Construction, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Legal, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement and Mining.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking and market‑mapping tools.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies aligned with client needs and market conditions.
• Conduct market and talent intelligence research to identify trends and skill availability.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and provide regular reporting on pipeline health and KPIs.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Hays’ culture and employer value proposition.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year of recruitment experience, preferably with full‑cycle agency exposure.
• Goal‑oriented, competitive yet collaborative, with strong self‑motivation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
