About the role

Join a locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store as a Pharmacy Intern and gain hands‑on experience in a community pharmacy setting. You will support pharmacists and customers while learning the core functions of retail pharmacy practice.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer who approaches the pharmacy counter.
• Maintain privacy standards, including confidentiality and consent management.
• Be clearly identifiable to the public as a pharmacy team member.
• Assist with over‑the‑counter product selection and provide basic counseling under supervision.
• Support pharmacists in daily operations and learn retail pharmacy management tasks.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a pharmacy program or a recent graduate seeking practical experience.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a health‑focused environment.
• Willing to work in a fast‑paced, community‑oriented setting.
