Clinical Applications Specialist – CT & Diagnostic X‑Ray

About the role

As a Clinical Applications Specialist you will combine interpersonal, clinical and sales skills to support pre‑sales and customer education for Philips Computed Tomography (CT) and Diagnostic X‑Ray (DXR) products. You will act as the primary liaison for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the sales and implementation processes, delivering onsite training and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales support, deliver onsite application trainings, go‑lives and post‑sales education to clinicians.
• Assist sales teams with presentations, demonstrations, trials, site visits and trade‑show support focused on clinical and technical components.
• Perform clinical configurations, product set‑up and ensure solutions are ready for use.
• Collaborate on business priorities, new product introductions, RFP responses and quotation configuration.
• Travel up to 80% nationally across Canada, primarily within Ontario, with occasional overnight stays.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a CT Technologist or Medical Radiation Technologist specializing in CT in a hospital environment.
• Current active certification with CAMRT or the provincial regulatory medical radiation college.
• Bilingual French and English (written and verbal).
• College diploma or bachelor’s degree in a medical radiation field with post‑certification training.
• Passion for technology and education related to patient care.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Philips CT and Diagnostic X‑Ray equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform clinical configurations and product set‑up.
