About the role

Join Murphy's Pharmacies as a Pharmacy Assistant Lead, overseeing daily operations and supporting client care in our community pharmacies across Prince Edward Island.

Key responsibilities

Communicate and follow up on client and dispensary concerns or requests in collaboration with the pharmacy team.
Lead, coach and supervise Pharmacy Assistants and Dispensary Cashiers.
Launch new initiatives to improve communication and implement guided processes.

Required profile

Enjoy working in a team environment while providing exceptional care to clients.
Have pharmacy experience; previous leadership role is considered an asset.
