Field Service Employee – Imaging Systems

About the role

Join Philips as a Field Service Employee for Imaging Systems, providing on‑site technical support, installation, and maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment for customers in London, ON and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, adhering to entitlements, setting expectations, and meeting arrival commitments.
• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment, including electronic, mechanical, and networking components.
• Complete administrative tasks such as timesheets, work orders, expense reports, preventative maintenance, and installation documentation within regulatory timeframes.
• Travel up to 70% of the time, with average daily driving of 1‑4 hours and occasional overnight stays.

Required profile

• 1+ year experience in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical industries.
• College diploma in electronics or equivalent; Biomedical Engineering Technology diploma preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on‑call rotations.
• Authorization to work in Canada and residence within commuting distance to London, ON.

Required skills

• Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and networking theory applied to imaging equipment.
• Proficiency with diagnostic imaging tools, test equipment, and repair techniques.
• Capability to safely work with radiation sources and required personal protective equipment.
