About the role

Join a Canadian‑owned mail‑order pharmacy that delivers safe, patient‑centred care across the country. As a Pharmacy Assistant you will work in a calm, well‑structured environment supporting pharmacists and ensuring accurate medication handling.

Key responsibilities

• Register patients, maintain up‑to‑date profiles, and input prescription histories.
• Assist with preparation, labeling, packaging, and shipment of prescription medications under pharmacist supervision.
• Respond to inquiries from doctors and patients, escalating clinical questions when needed.
• Help manage inventory, packaging supplies, and coordinate medication orders with wholesalers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold data integrity across all pharmacy systems.
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized, compliant work environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
• High level of accuracy in medication handling, labeling, and data entry.
• Clear, professional communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to health and safety protocols.
