About the role

Join Brant Community Healthcare System as a Pharmacist and play a vital role in delivering safe, effective medication therapy to patients across our two community hospitals in Brantford and Paris, Ontario. You will work within a collaborative, patient‑first environment that values excellence, equity, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, dispense, and verify prescription medications for inpatient and outpatient services.
• Provide medication counseling and education to patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to medication safety initiatives.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and ensure compliance with provincial regulations.
• Support urgent care and transitional care services at The Willett site.

Required profile

• Registered Pharmacist with a valid Ontario license.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within an interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated adherence to safety and ethical standards.
