About the role

We are seeking a Pharmacist to join Brant Community Healthcare System, a two‑site community hospital network serving Brantford and Paris, Ontario. The role will support our acute‑care hospital, urgent‑care centre and transitional‑care services, ensuring safe and effective medication management for patients across the continuum of care.
