About the role

The Pharmacist position is part of Brant Community Healthcare System, a two‑site community hospital network serving Brantford and Paris, Ontario. The role contributes to BCHS’s vision to lead beyond care by ensuring safe, effective medication management for patients across acute, urgent, and transitional care settings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pharmacy services in alignment with BCHS’s patient‑first and people‑centred values.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support medication safety and therapeutic outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives that reflect the organization’s commitment to excellence and equity.

Required profile

• Registered pharmacist licensed to practice in Ontario.
• Commitment to the core values of boldness, excellence, equity, and trustworthiness.
• Ability to work within a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
