About the role

Join Brant Community Healthcare System as a Pharmacist and provide essential medication management services within a two‑site community hospital network serving Brantford and Paris, Ontario. You will work in a collaborative, patient‑first environment that values safety, equity, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, dispense, and verify prescription medications for inpatient and outpatient populations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize pharmacotherapy.
• Maintain accurate medication records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in medication safety initiatives, drug utilization reviews, and patient education programs.
• Support urgent care and transitional care services at The Willett site.

Required profile

• Registered Pharmacist with a valid license to practice in Ontario.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.

Required skills
