Pet Grooming Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Pet Grooming Supervisor to lead our grooming team at Woof Dog Shoppe. The role combines hands‑on animal grooming with supervision of staff, ensuring high‑quality service and a safe, clean environment for our canine clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform animal grooming activities and oversee grooming of specialty and difficult items.
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule grooming staff, reviewing their activities and productivity.
• Monitor quality and production levels, resolve work problems and recommend improvements.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment, including overseeing cleaning of equipment.
• Requisition and order grooming materials, equipment and supplies.
• Schedule and confirm client appointments, ensuring accurate time‑sheets and payroll.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 2 to less than 3 years of experience in pet grooming or a related field.
• Ability to train staff on job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
