Personal Trainer – Mississauga (Glen Erin & Eglinton)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Personal Trainer to join our GoodLife Fitness locations in Mississauga (Glen Erin and Eglinton). You will work directly with clients to help them achieve their health and fitness goals while promoting GoodLife’s training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Seek out and acquire new clients.
• Assess client health history and goals to design personalized training programs.
• Promote and leverage GoodLife training programs and specialty offerings.
• Handle administrative tasks using GoodLife tools and software.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and motivating gym environment.

Required profile

• Willingness to obtain a nationally recognized Personal Training certification within the first 75 days.
• Passion for fitness and helping others.
• Ability to coach, receive feedback, and work collaboratively.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and GoodLife core values.

Required skills

• Knowledge of exercise programming and client assessment.
• Proficiency with GoodLife’s software tools for client management.
