About the role
Join Wholesale Club as a Personal Shopper on the day shift, helping customers enjoy a seamless e‑commerce experience. You will pick and pack orders accurately while providing friendly service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with general questions and maintain a positive environment.
- Shop for customers by accurately filling their orders with quality products.
- Scan items and process transactions using debit, credit, cash and gift cards.
- Contact customers to confirm order details or discuss product substitutions.
Required profile
- Team player with strong attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
- Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer inquiries.
