Experience Manager – Store (Internship)

About the role

Sephora Canada is looking for an Experience Manager – Store intern to lead client experience, services, classes and events at a specific store location in Edmonton. You will support daily operations, team development and ensure a seamless, elevated in‑store experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of client experience, including beauty, skin and fragrance studio services, classes and events.
• Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring staff are trained and services run smoothly.
• Maintain the online reservation system, publish advisor availability, and coordinate staffing levels.
• Deliver training for new hires and ongoing development for existing beauty advisors.
• Support visual merchandising standards, execute floor flips and ensure product replenishment.
• Engage with brand representatives, facilitate product training and provide feedback on effectiveness.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a similar retail or service‑focused role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence partners at all levels.
• Proven ability to attract, develop and lead store teams to drive sales and outstanding client service.
