About the role
Lindt is seeking an enthusiastic Key Holder to support the Edmonton South Common store. You will help deliver magical chocolate experiences while ensuring smooth store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the manager on duty, hold the store key, and open/close the store.
- Support team members to meet daily sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle cash transactions, returns, and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with inventory replenishment and corporate gifting orders.
Required profile
- Proven retail or customer‑facing experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent and a passion for chocolate.
