Personal Shopper – Part‑Time Day Shift

About the role

Our Personal Shoppers fulfill customer e‑commerce orders with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail, providing a personalized shopping experience for Fortinos customers. You will work on the sales floor, using the store’s point‑of‑sale system to ensure orders are processed quickly and accurately. The role supports the store’s commitment to fresh foods, cleanliness, and friendly service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by answering general questions and maintaining a positive environment.
• Shop for customers by accurately filling their orders with quality products.
• Scan products and process transactions using debit, credit, cash, and gift cards.
• Contact customers to confirm order accuracy or discuss product substitutions.

Required profile

• Team player with strong attention to detail.
• Driven and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer questions.
• Motivated to learn new things.
• Flexible to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lb and staying mobile throughout the shift.
