About the role

Join Merchandising Consultants Associates as a Retail Merchandiser team member, working on‑site in Burlington and surrounding areas. This part‑time, temporary role involves setting up product displays, maintaining stock, and ensuring brand standards for our retail clients.

Key responsibilities

• Set up attractive product displays and arrange products according to detailed planograms to maximize visibility and brand representation.
• Build, modify, and dismantle product displays and fixtures while strictly adhering to client quality and branding standards.
• Ensure clients' products are well‑stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase.
• Install eye‑catching signage and perform additional merchandising services as required by clients.
• Keep all stakeholders informed by completing online reports, uploading photos, and providing regular updates.
• Form and maintain strong, influential relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for the company.

Required profile

• Reliable, takes pride in work, and shows strong attention to detail.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Familiar with merchandising in grocery, gas & convenience, or big‑box settings.
• Can read and execute planograms accurately.
• Flexible with hours, including occasional extended shifts and last‑minute scheduling.
• Works well independently as well as within a team and can take a lead role.
• Strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including taking photos and using imaging apps.
• Self‑starter mindset, thriving under pressure and ambiguity.
• Valid driver’s license, access to an insured vehicle, and ability to travel.
