Personal Line Insurance CSR – Hybrid (Markham, GTA)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our personal line insurance brokerage in Markham. The CSR will act as an advisor, handling policy changes, answering client inquiries, and supporting producers without cold‑calling.

Key responsibilities

• Process policy amendments, endorsements, and cancellations for auto and home insurance.
• Respond promptly to client questions via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist producers with servicing tasks and referral follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate client records using modern brokerage systems.
• Build lasting relationships through proactive, consultative service.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in an insurance brokerage environment (no direct writer role).
• RIBO licence with strong knowledge of auto and home products.
• Based in Markham or the Greater Toronto Area for reliable hybrid attendance.
• Advisor‑mindset focused on client needs rather than transactional tasks.

Required skills

• PowerBroker (training provided for the right candidate).
