About the role

Join a fast‑growing investment manager as a Performance & Analytics Co‑op for the Fall 2026 term. You will apply your investment and analytical skills to deliver timely, accurate, and high‑quality performance reporting and analysis for a diversified portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Performance & Analytics team with projects, performance reporting, and daily/monthly tasks.
• Collect, organize, and analyze performance data to support team deliverables.
• Automate and enhance existing processes, proposing innovative solutions.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that visualize results and communicate key insights.
• Participate in cross‑functional initiatives and collaborate with other departments.
• Complete ad‑hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Fundamental knowledge of basic business concepts and analytical techniques.
• Enrolled in a relevant post‑secondary program with eligibility for a Fall 2026 co‑op term.
