People & Culture Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to drive employee experience and strengthen our client’s high‑performing SaaS environment. You will act as a trusted partner across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to learning, development, and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Champion employee engagement and foster an inclusive, high‑performing culture.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one check‑ins, gather feedback, and support employee success.
• Plan and coordinate engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team‑building activities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, ensuring a positive experience.
• Support full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data.
• Develop, maintain, and improve HR policies, SOPs, workflows, and internal documentation.
• Assist with HR compliance and continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new hires.
• Support employee development plans, performance review cycles, and career growth initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to streamline recruitment, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
• Genuine passion for people, culture, and employee development.
• Experience working with HR systems and maintaining HR documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• Proactive mindset with a continuous‑improvement approach.
