PCB In-Circuit & Repair Machine Operator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled operator to run our in‑circuit testing and repairing machines for printed circuit boards. The role involves setting up, operating and maintaining equipment to ensure high‑quality inspection and repair of PCBs in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate automatic in‑circuit testing machines and related soldering equipment.
• Perform visual inspection of PCBs using microscopes and carry out necessary repairs.
• Maintain equipment calibration and document test results according to company standards.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 2–3 years of experience working with automatic testing, microscope and soldering equipment in an electronics manufacturing setting.
• Team‑player attitude and ability to follow safety and quality procedures.

Required skills

• Automatic testing equipment operation.
• Microscope usage for PCB inspection.
• Soldering equipment operation.
• International Personnel Certification (IPC).
