About the role
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time supervisor to join the store management team in Calgary. The role focuses on delivering brand excellence, driving sales, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and team members.
Key responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies, monitor performance and drive revenue growth.
- Coach and mentor store associates, providing effective guidance and support.
- Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping experience.
Required profile
- Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist and coach store associates.
- Commitment to Levi’s policies, procedures and programs.
- Consistently meets or exceeds store and individual sales and performance goals.
- Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, move around the store, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
- Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
