About the role
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor to join the management team at its Market Mall location in Calgary. The role focuses on driving sales, coaching associates, and ensuring operational excellence while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
- Coach and mentor store associates, providing guidance and support.
- Manage daily store operations, maintaining efficiency and high standards.
- Ensure a welcoming shopping environment and deliver outstanding customer service.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and coach team members.
- Adherence to Levi’s store policies, procedures, and directives.
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance targets.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform tasks such as kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
- Reliable transportation and age 18 years or older.
