About the role
Join Lindt as a Chocolate Advisor and create memorable, premium chocolate experiences for guests at the Sherway Garden location. You will deliver personalized service, uphold brand standards, and support daily store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly, provide product recommendations, and share Lindt’s heritage.
- Handle returns, customer concerns, and act as a brand ambassador.
- Drive sales by promoting seasonal items, gift solutions, and corporate gifting.
- Maintain visual merchandising, stock levels, and store cleanliness.
- Assist with inventory, cash handling, POS transactions, and special orders.
Required profile
- Previous retail, hospitality or customer‑facing experience.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to meet sales targets.
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash.
- Excellent communication, friendly and energetic personality.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays; high school diploma or equivalent.
