National Sales Support Specialist

About the role

The National Sales Support Specialist will support sales initiatives, gain exposure to clients, industry events and trade shows, and serve as a developmental pathway toward a future sales and account management role.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct lead generation, prospect research and market intelligence activities.
• Assist with preparation of sales presentations, proposals and RFPs, and maintain prospect/client data in CRM systems.
• Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows and client functions, including logistics and follow‑up.
• Support sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, special projects and client communications.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Up to 1 year experience in sales support, business development, account coordination or marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and attend events outside regular business hours.
