Customer Service Supervisor

About the role

As a member of the Store Leadership Team, you will lead the front‑of‑house Sales Support team, ensuring an exceptional client experience both over the phone and in person. Reporting to the Store Director, you will oversee daily operations, from sales transactions to inventory management, while maintaining high standards of service and store presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and manage all client communications via phone, email, and in‑store interactions.
• Handle cash, process end‑of‑day transactions, and ensure accurate financial handling.
• Manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Supervise, train, and develop Sales Support Associates, including scheduling and performance management.
• Maintain showroom appearance, merchandising standards, and health & safety compliance.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably managing a small team.
• 5+ years of customer service or client‑facing experience.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
