About the role
The Health Care Aide provides compassionate assistance to residents in a retirement residence, helping them with daily activities while promoting independence and dignity. Working as part of the nursing team, you will create trusting relationships and ensure each resident enjoys a high quality of life.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Support residents in maintaining self‑esteem and autonomy.
- Deliver personalized, high‑quality care with a focus on safety and respect.
- Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and the care team.
- Continuously learn and apply best practices in senior care.
Required profile
- Genuine love and respect for seniors and their stories.
- Passion for providing exceptional, person‑centered care.
- Valid Health Care Aide (HCA) credentials.
