Parts Advisor – Automotive Dealership

About the role

We are looking for a Parts Advisor to provide excellent customer service, manage parts inventory, and support technicians at OpenRoad Toyota Port Moody. This full‑time position offers a salary of $58,000‑$75,000 per year and a range of benefits, including health, dental and vehicle purchase programs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and wholesale customers.
• Order, receive, store, and arrange delivery of parts, maintaining minimum inventory levels.
• Look up stock numbers and prices, advise on substitutions, and issue parts to technicians.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and manage obsolete parts.
• Maintain a clean, secure parts room and follow safety policies.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid British Columbia driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of automotive equipment, parts and accessories.
• Knowledge of local supply sources and parts receiving/storage techniques.
• Ability to maintain records and generate reports using a computerized inventory system.
