About the role
We are looking for qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to provide professional, patient‑centred care in private homes across the Greater Toronto Area. This part‑time position offers flexible scheduling for healthcare professionals who want to deliver high‑quality nursing support in a residential setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct nursing assessments and deliver patient support in home environments.
- Provide clinical services within the scope of practice, including post‑operative recovery assistance.
- Communicate professionally with patients and families, ensuring clear understanding of care plans.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards.
Required profile
- Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Active Professional Liability Protection insurance.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Ability to travel within the Greater Toronto Area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
