Part-Time Personal Trainer, Vancouver

About the role

Equinox is hiring a part-time Personal Trainer for its West Georgia Street club in downtown Vancouver. You will deliver personalized, expert-led coaching and build a client base within a flexible, part-time schedule, under the guidance of the club management team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized coaching using the Equifit and EQX OS methodology, tailoring programs to each client's goals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and growth
• Manage client appointments, meetings and availability in the internal scheduling system
• Work assigned shifts supporting member engagement and client acquisition, including client sessions, floor coverage and club events
• Attend EFTI education and training programs and take ownership of personal business development
• Ramp to approximately 40 sessions per month

Required profile

• Current Personal Training certification
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Availability of 10+ hours per week, with possible morning, evening and weekend shifts
• Legal right to work in the United States
