About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Home Support Worker to provide in‑home care for elderly clients in Vancouver. This full‑time permanent position involves assisting seniors with daily living activities while ensuring their safety and comfort.

Key responsibilities

Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Provide medication administration as directed.
Assist clients with regular exercise such as walking.
Launder clothing and household linens.
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
Offer companionship and emotional support.

Required profile

Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
1–2 years experience in home support or senior care.
Basic security clearance.
Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lb).
Availability for morning, evening, night, day, weekend shifts and overtime.
