Packager – Afternoon Shift (3pm‑11pm)

About the role

Join Brannon Steel’s Brampton facility as a Packager on the afternoon shift (3 pm‑11 pm). You will handle steel parts, preparing them for shipment to OEM customers across Canada and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Move steel parts manually and with powered lift trucks and overhead cranes/hoists.
• Locate, retrieve, and package steel parts according to detailed instructions.
• Apply rust inhibitors and other protective compounds as required.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure parts and packaging meet customer specifications.
• Load trucks and trailers and complete all required production and quality paperwork.

Required profile

• Valid counter‑balance forklift training certificate with at least 1 year of experience.
• Ability to count large quantities and perform basic math.
• Attention to detail and conversational English proficiency.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lb (23 kg) regularly.
• Overhead crane certification is an asset.
