Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outbound Sales Representative to join our New Tenant Residential Program and New Construction Sales Team. You will call high‑value, pre‑qualified leads to promote premium Bell products and drive revenue for OSL.

Key responsibilities

• Contact a vetted list of potential customers in new‑construction homes and introduce Bell’s premium services.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions while delivering excellent service.
• Maintain accurate records and manage your sales funnel using Salesforce CRM.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to refine strategies and share best practices.
• Represent the Bell brand with professionalism, optimism, and integrity.
• Work five days per week on‑site at our Mississauga office.
