Order Picker – Full‑time

About the role

The Home Depot Canada is looking for a full‑time Order Picker to join its Service Desk team in Quebec City. You will be responsible for gathering merchandise, packing orders accurately, and supporting customers with basic order‑related transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain and prioritize pick lists to fill customer orders efficiently.
• Gather merchandise throughout the store and load delivery vehicles, including curbside orders.
• Pack and label orders carefully to prevent damage during transport.
• Place completed orders in designated holding areas until they are loaded onto trucks.
• Handle basic POS sales and returns, answer or make customer phone calls, and read COM orders or system notes.
• Follow all safety and loss‑prevention policies, including proper use of equipment for moving freight.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, lifting, bending, and climbing ladders up to 12‑16 feet.
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule that may include overnight, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and adherence to Home Depot’s GET service model.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Order Fulfillment Application.
• Experience using POS systems for sales and returns.
