Warehouse Generalist

About the role

Lineage is looking for a Warehouse Generalist to join its distribution team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience with material handling equipment, RF scanning technology, and daily warehouse operations while supporting safe and efficient product flow.

Key responsibilities

• Put away and retrieve palletized units using a forklift, placing them on racks above floor height.
• Load and unload materials on pallets, skids, or lifting devices and verify counts with RF scanning equipment.
• Read computerized work orders to locate items, pick quantities, and prepare shipments.
• Document damages, discrepancies, and report them to supervisors.
• Pack, seal, label, and securely wrap pallets for outbound shipping.
• Perform daily forklift maintenance, monitor battery charge, and store equipment in designated areas.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing the warehouse throughout the shift.

Required skills

• Forklift operation and basic maintenance.
• Radio Frequency (RF) scanning and data entry.
• Use of material handling equipment (pallet jacks, skids, lifts).
• Navigation of computerized work order systems.
