Advanced Warehouse Operator – Level I (Shop)

About the role

Under close supervision, you will receive, store, and dispatch goods in our Quebec City shop. The position focuses on accurate handling of incoming shipments, efficient organization of inventory, and timely preparation of outbound orders.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods, inspect for damage or invoice discrepancies, and record transactions in the warehouse system.
• Sort, label, and store items to maximize space while maintaining clear inventory records.
• Pick, pack, and ship outgoing orders using manual and automated equipment.
• Perform quality checks, identify non‑conforming material, and report issues.
• Follow Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures, wear required PPE, and report hazards.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and conduct routine equipment upkeep.
• Collaborate with team members, skilled trades, and support staff to ensure smooth material flow.
