About the role
The Operations Officer will support daily banking operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and service level agreements are consistently met. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a routine, high‑volume environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and process banking transactions in accordance with internal policies.
- Track performance against SLA targets and generate regular reports.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Communicate operational updates to internal teams and external partners.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a repetitive, routine‑focused setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and high typing speed.
Required skills
- Experience working in a banking environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and monitor service level agreements.
