About the role

The Operations Manager will oversee trade, broadcasting and related services at our hotel in Cache Creek. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure efficient allocation of material, human and financial resources to meet organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement policies and programmes.
  • Authorize and organise the creation of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate work across regions, divisions or departments.
  • Set organisational objectives and approve policies and programmes.
  • Represent the organisation in negotiations and official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors or executive staff and delegate authority.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee overall human‑resources planning.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations management.
  • Proven ability to supervise 5‑10 staff members.
  • Strong organisational and decision‑making skills.
