About the role

We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Operations Manager to lead a remote administration and documentation team that supports UK‑based clients. This full‑time, long‑term position offers opportunities for progression as the business grows.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a remote administration/documentation team.
  • Assign daily tasks, monitor progress and ensure quality of work.
  • Quality‑check documents before final delivery.
  • Maintain deadlines and meet performance targets.
  • Organise workflow and continuously improve operational systems.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new staff.
  • Maintain shared folders, templates and online systems.
  • Report daily operations directly to the business owner.

Required profile

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Previous experience managing remote teams or office/admin operations.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work UK business hours (8 am–5 pm GMT).
  • Professional communication style and reliable internet connection.
