About the role
We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Operations Manager to lead a remote administration and documentation team that supports UK‑based clients. This full‑time, long‑term position offers opportunities for progression as the business grows.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a remote administration/documentation team.
- Assign daily tasks, monitor progress and ensure quality of work.
- Quality‑check documents before final delivery.
- Maintain deadlines and meet performance targets.
- Organise workflow and continuously improve operational systems.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new staff.
- Maintain shared folders, templates and online systems.
- Report daily operations directly to the business owner.
Required profile
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Previous experience managing remote teams or office/admin operations.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work UK business hours (8 am–5 pm GMT).
- Professional communication style and reliable internet connection.
