About the role

Galderma is seeking a day‑shift Manufacturing Operator to join its Baie‑Urfé facility. You will work on the production of pharmaceutical and cosmetic bulk products, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manufacture bulk products following approved procedures and cGMP standards.
• Operate automated manufacturing equipment for pharmaceutical and cosmetic production.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update records in compliance with cGMP.
• Log production times in the Horoquartz system and justify any variances.
• Collaborate with support services such as warehouse, quality assurance, validation, and safety.
• Set up, dismantle, and clean workstations and equipment, including manual and NEP cleaning.
• Weigh raw materials according to GMP‑defined recipes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the workstation.

Required profile

• DEC, AEC or DES in a related discipline.
• Relevant experience with automated equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical sector practices is an asset.
• Strong commitment to procedures, safety rules, standards and cGMP.
• Organized, rigorous and professional attitude.
