General Worker

About the role

Lumenwerx is hiring general workers for its Montreal factory. Positions are available on both day (Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) and night (Monday‑Thursday, 6:30 p.m.–5:00 a.m.) shifts, offering full‑time 40‑hour weeks. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks on the Electrical Assembly line, including wiring and component installation
• Carry out mechanical assembly duties on the Mechanical Assembly line, such as fitting and fastening parts
• Operate and monitor machinery in the Machine Operations area to maintain production flow
• Assist with inventory handling, stocking, and order preparation in the Warehouse
• Support the Shipping department by preparing orders for dispatch
• Handle packaging activities, ensuring products are correctly boxed and labeled

Required profile

• Legally authorized to work in Canada without employer assistance
• Available for full‑time (40 hours/week) year‑round work
