OneStream Senior Manager / Practice Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking a senior leader to drive its OneStream practice. The role combines sales, delivery, solution leadership and talent development to help finance functions transform using AI‑native, automated EPM platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and pursue OneStream opportunities across finance transformation, planning, close, consolidation, reporting and analytics.
• Partner with Accenture account teams to identify demand and position OneStream within broader CFO transformation programs.
• Lead or support pursuits, including demos, solution design, estimates, proposals, presentations and executive conversations.
• Guide complex OneStream implementations, grow the practice talent pool and collaborate with alliance partners.
• Represent Accenture in the market, influencing CFOs, Controllers, FP&A leaders and technology stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven OneStream expertise with hands‑on experience delivering finance transformation projects.
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior finance leaders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable building a practice as well as delivering projects.
• Ability to move seamlessly from strategy through solution design to delivery execution.
• Clear perspective on how AI, automation and modern EPM platforms are reshaping finance.
