On-Page SEO Specialist

About the role

Wisevu and its sister brands are looking for an experienced On-Page SEO Specialist to lead advanced SEO and AI-search optimization campaigns for healthcare, home services, and nonprofit clients. You will work closely with SEO strategists, content writers, and developers to enhance website relevance, authority, usability, and search performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end on‑page SEO process from research and planning through implementation, QA, and performance monitoring.
• Analyze keyword opportunities, search intent, competitor pages, and content gaps to identify high‑impact optimizations.
• Create detailed content briefs and review content for accuracy, intent alignment, topical depth, and SEO best practices.
• Optimize metadata, headings, internal linking, page structure, and content organization.
• Validate technical SEO elements such as indexing, canonicalization, structured data, and crawlability.
• Implement updates in WordPress or coordinate with writers and developers to ensure accurate execution.
• Monitor performance using SEO tools and recommend ongoing improvements.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on on‑page SEO experience, preferably in digital marketing or agency settings.
• Ability to work 9 AM‑5 PM Eastern Time with at least 7 hours of overlap, fully remote.

Required skills

• Keyword research, search‑intent analysis, competitor analysis, and content strategy.
• Strong understanding of internal linking, metadata, schema, and website architecture.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs (or similar SEO platforms).
• Hands‑on experience updating and optimizing pages in WordPress.
