Content Marketing Manager – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12‑month contract and own our content engine from strategy through execution. You’ll run a high‑volume webinar program, shape how our brand appears in search and AI‑generated answers, and tell our story across email, blog, gated assets, partnerships, press, and speaking engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and promote 15+ webinars, repurposing each into blog posts, clips, email sequences, and gated assets while tracking performance metrics.
• Own the editorial calendar, publish high‑quality blog content, and run email programs with A/B testing to improve engagement.
• Lead keyword research and optimize content for traditional search and AI answer engines such as ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews.
• Build co‑marketing programs with technology partners, manage press releases, pitches, and thought‑leadership pieces.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing with a strong portfolio of writing and editing.
• Proven track record of running webinars or virtual events at scale.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools in the content workflow and a data‑minded approach to set goals, measure results, and iterate.

Required skills

• SEO, AEO, and generative search knowledge.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics tools.
• Proficiency with AI content‑generation tools and prompt engineering.
