Digital Marketing Strategy Senior Analyst

About the role

The Digital Marketing Strategy Senior Analyst will design and execute best‑in‑class advertising and social media campaigns for Accenture’s North America initiatives. You will work within a global collective of social experts while collaborating closely with internal marketing, advertising, digital, and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent, high‑impact social media presence across multiple channels for Accenture North America.
• Create clear messaging and oversee daily content management, including listening, engagement, and publishing.
• Analyze social media data and metrics, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with internal teams and agency resources to craft creative assets and campaign strategies.
• Stay current on emerging social media trends and innovative creative ideas to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of marketing and communications experience.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on social media content management, including creation, listening, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Required skills

• Experience with Sprinklr platform.
• Proficiency in creative design tools such as Adobe suite.
